All orders are carefully packaged to help ensure your photographs arrive safely and in excellent condition. Orders containing up to four matted photographs are shipped in sturdy, protective cardstock mailers designed to minimize bending and damage during transit.

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number so you can follow your package through delivery.

Please allow time for your order to be prepared before shipment, as each photograph is individually printed, matted, signed, and dated. USPS delivery estimates begin once the package has been accepted by the carrier and do not include preparation time.

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Once a package has been transferred to USPS, delivery delays, lost packages, incorrect delivery scans, or damage occurring during transit are outside of our direct control.

8x10" prints are printed on premium, glossy photo paper and lightly secured to an 11x14" white mat using clear plastic corner adhesives to prevent warping. The mat is acid-free, 4-ply thick, and features a beveled edge for a clean, professional finish.

Each matted photo is signed by the photographer and dated with the last two digits of the year the photograph was captured.

These matted prints are designed to fit easily into any standard frame made for an 11x14" display.

Because each photograph is individually prepared, signed, and dated, all sales are generally considered final. Returns are discouraged, as returned photographs cannot be resold and will be recycled upon receipt.

Refunds are only offered if the photograph itself has a clear defect or damage that occurred prior to shipping. If you believe you received a photograph that was damaged before shipment, please contact us promptly after delivery and include clear photos showing the issue. Once the damage has been reviewed and confirmed, a refund or replacement may be offered as appropriate.

Orders are carefully packaged in thick, protective cardstock mailers and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. While every effort is made to ensure photographs are adequately protected before leaving our possession, we cannot accept responsibility for damage, loss, mishandling, or other issues that occur while a package is in the possession of USPS.

If you would still like to return an undamaged photograph, please contact us before sending it back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and returning an undamaged photograph does not qualify the order for a refund.
